I recently started going here more often than the other card room in town and they seem to care more about their players. Always making sure everyone is situated, chip runners are reasonably fast and take care of the dealers as well, and the floor is constantly checking to make sure promos are taken care of. My only complaint is that they don't have a good way of communicating when a seat is open to the floor and a seat could remain open for awhile before the floor realizes there's an open seat.
