This room is average but likely the best in the area. Attended by mostly locals. Keven, a poker room manager really doesn't understand customer service. Has an edge and shouldn't be in that position. Poker rooms offer two things, an honest game and customer service. They fall short on customer service. The casino doesn't invest any of their profits in improvements. They serve food on bar stools instead of rolling tables. The floor hasn't been cleaned in years. Servers are friendly, prices are fair and food is okay. The lighting is horrible especially if they have a third table for poker tournaments. It's normally used for another game but lighting is poor. Monte Carlo promotions are good and hit frequently. Generally speaking room for great improvement but not many options.
