I really like the staff in the room, and they have some very good dealers. I'm leaving this review immediately after a WSOP satellite event and they were very busy. I called in and asked to have my name on the list, and when I arrived my name wasn't there. This happened to a few others that night. I showed them my call and they wouldn't move me up the list. They then moved someone else up the list that had called in and their name wasn't on the list. It was an odd decision. Anyhow, as a player, keep an eye open on open seats and transfers. They're not great at managing those.
It's a great environment during the WSOP satellite events and the staff really do try hard. I'm not a fan of their food. It's a decent room when there's a tournament series.
