I play a bit here whenever I I don't want to drive 30mins to Hard Rock. Yes some of the chairs suck, floor managers take a while to respond to anything and keep up with level changes for tournaments, forget about ordering a drink (usually I see only 2 maybe 3 waitresses working weekends). My issues have stemmed from tournaments here.
Floor managers give special treatment to regulars. Example, during Clovers 1B event, guy at my table was on his phone DURING multiple hands. Was told by dealer multiple times to put it away. Dealer calls for floor, manager walks by, says NOTHING to player. Very distracting and who knows what he was looking at.
I also saw a handful of players with tablet devices sitting at table, turned on and actively looking at the devices while playing! Unreal.
I'll keep coming because it's easy money on the cash tables but details keep this place from being great!
