Dealers are by far the worst in all of LA. Literally 2 decent dealers in the entire line up. Constant mistakes with no consequences due to poor training and management, (dealers are trained in house instead of a certified dealer school ) which in turn breeds substandard service. Habitual mistakes include:
Talking about hands, flop, plays, while players are in the hand.
Burning and turning when action hasn't completed
Paying Poor attention
Slow slooooow dealing often distracted slowing the game down as much as possible
Some dealers have awful attitudes as well and will fight you if you correct them. Entire staff is similar with pompous attitudes. Lack of education and poor hiring process has made this otherwise nice place into an awful experience.
