First time going was yesterday. Roach crawled across the table during tournament, guy told me to go F myself because he threw his hand in but made no announcement so the dealer took it as a fold after I went all in, then continued to berate me after the floor made the decision to let him have the pot and allow me to keep my all in bet based on the dealers recollection of the hand, I went all in another hand and the guy sitting next to me gets ready to fold but the guy sitting next to him starts coaching him telling him what I may or may not have until finally I said something, the dealer immediately addressed it once I mentioned it and Eddie also corrected the player that cursed at me. The player who coached the guy ended up apologizing as well as the caller. They knew it was wrong lol. They also gave me and my wife gifts as we were leaving and were very apologetic about the experience the female dealer with the black hair was awesome as well as the game girl who gave us the gifts. It seems like the floor may have favoritism towards the regulars which is okay because loyalty is important in sustaining a business but customer conversion is equally as important . With that being said, there is a lack of enforcement of basic rules, lots of action though, but then again I feel like I created action. To say it was 1/2 there was five dollars on the button every hand which motivated lots of callers even with raises pre-flop ,the game went from nitty to action back-and-forth throughout the night. There's also a few players blatantly giving their friends back their money from pots or chopping other people's money in front of us after betting us out. This wasn't a good experience to be frank but strangely I had a good time and didn't lose haha. Mikey was awesome, Eddie you're cool too and trying your best. I respect that lol. To the female employees you guys rock. In a misogynistic environment like NL/PLO a lot of this is as to be expected but hey that's poker folks. Side note: the Cage ppl seemed inebriated both of them lol. Are they okay? The food smelled good as heck but I didn't order.
