I've played all across the country and this poker room ranks below average for a handful of very good reasons.
1 they don't care about the players
2 they charge 10$/hand rake in 2/2 plo
3 they call themselves a 5 star room but don't serve anywhere near 5 star beverages
4 they don't allow purchase of chips at the table nor offer chip runners nor allow you to cash out except at the main cage
5 managers lack experience and it shows
6 no massage therapists
7 poor layout & extremely poor player comp rate
If you still want to consider visiting this sad excuse for a poker room, there are a few items that I liked:
1 plo action was phenomenal
2 most dealers were solid
3 chairs were comfortable
4 overall casino has a Vegas feel to it
I won't be making any special trips back anytime soon but hopefully they improve... Has such potential to be a solid room on the east coast.
