I will be BOYCOTTING ENCORE POKER for the month of March.
Management does not care about its patrons, so why should we care to play there. The rules change depending on who you speak with and they will change them at will against patrons who bring things to their attention. I live 10 minutes from there and have played there almost daily since they opened and vet treated less and less fairly every time I go. No consistancy in rules promos, point system is horrible and useless unless you want to eat from the terrible grill with horrible service. My wife refuses to go there with me because of the way she has been treated. Dealers need better training, floor staff need to know the rules and enforce them with everyone! Way too much favoritism going on. Players constantly talking with friends about hands they are involved in and getting help, dealers ignore and even sometimes get Involved themselves.
I am hereby BOYCOTTING Encore poker for the month of March and encourage others to do the same.
See you all in April, hopefully thing will be better. Until then I will play everywhere but Encore.
