Why don't they cash chips in the poker room, but sell them . very inconvenient to have to carry them downstairs The other day a patron slipped at the bottom of the escalator and chips went flying everywhere. Also besides caching chips at the poker room window there should be a tip box for the dealers. No need to tip every hand but when you win is the time to leave a tip. A box for tips is necessary for this. Play 4 hours.Win 20 pots but lose $150 for the day,its now $170. Tip when you win.
