Due to the high hand and the tips dealers receive from dealing them some give preferential treatment to particular players. They allow players to be absent from the table for an extended amount of time as well as rabbit hunt for them. In addition they allow players to buy-in above the table max.
Unfortunately, Encore doesn't have a complaint form to fill out in order to track those employees who are bending the rules. Encore please reinforce the rules of the casino to prevent altercations, special treatment, and disgruntled customers.
