First impression when you're driving up is that it's a massive building. So many things wrong with this place. No shuffle masters on poker tables. Here's a tip for the dealers; if your hand shuffling because your room doesn't have a master, then you should not be stopping before you deal the next hand to sell chips. Deal the hand and sell chips during the hand, not that hard! The Most hands dealt per dealer was eight. Ugh The place was filthy. The cage cashier took 15 minutes to get to the cage to cash out players because they were cashing out dealers in the back. There's no signs that say the poker room is on the second level or where the elevator is located. I nearly left after 10 minutes of searching. Trust me, I will not be playing here again.
