Horrible policies of management in terms of handling dealer mistake. They admit dealer mistake but outrightly deny to take any action or reprimand or make it up for the customers. For any player, who is not vigilant enough or know games rules in and out should not go there as at the end of day any dealer mistake will fall onto player responsibility according to their rules. Be it incorrect raking or action calling. Most importantly dealer was an unapologetic @#$% who never admitted his mistake. Pathetic dealer and leadership. Hoping and Looking forward to closure of their business.
