The dealers and vibe are generally good, the promos are very decent, I get there's better promos elsewhere but they have decent ones that thankfully don't bring in the limping crowd like The Brook's $1000 half hours. The food is basic and bland but servers are decent. Only 3 stars for MGMT. Who are actually friendly and attentive at running the room, and the now semi regular tournament schedule is absolutely awesome, so why only 3 stars? Someone in MGMT has decided 8 handed cash games is the new standard, and they claim it's their big chairs don't fit, but those great tournaments that all run 9 handed use different chairs? They don't. After Covid 6 handed finally went away NH went to 8 handed initially, they're now allowed to run 9 handed but I believe only Manchester, and I think Chasers does. 8 handed is so awful cuz you get to 7, they open another table for 6 people, get them to 7 then a guy leaves your table and you're 6 handed, it's awful. Not too mention even if you have a full 8 handed table 1 guy is always out smoking, literally always then another guys food shows up and you're 6 handed, 1 guy comes back and another 1 leaves. I hope they keep running tournaments, but I'm done playing cash there until cash goes 8 handed too.
