New Years Day and you have 4 dealers??? Waited for well over an hour on two different lists and couldnt get a seat. No acknowledgement by the staff to assure me I may get a seat soon. Names magically popped up on the screen ahead of mine. They clearly need to take a class in customer service and staff management.
