Have played poker, slots and table games many times @ Gate City. Decent action and promos. What really separates this room from the others is the customer service. Floor Supervisor Keith in the poker room delivers world class customer service every time I visit. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, attentive to details and fair. It's reassuring to know that management supports all players and is impartial when having to make rulings on the action in the room. Even if it's not in my favor.
