Cramped, friendly, fun

A great room, but too cramped. The chairs are comfy, TVs easy to watch. But when the room is full you might feel a little like a sardine in a can.

I've played here a few times and won each time. While there are many locals who seem to know each other and discuss the employees like they are old friends, there are also those tourists [and locals] who play like they don't care. All in all, players are friendly and chatty. Patience is a virtue in Poker and especially in this room!

A few of the dealers spend too much time socializing with the players and not watching the action. While hearing stories of the 'old days' is interesting, they should be told at the bar after work. Mistakes seem to abound. Missed bets, shorted pots and so on. The player to my left held his dead cards three times in two hours. One dealer took the old hand and tried to put in in the wrong deck - stopped by a local player who actually was paying attention! That being said, the dealers are smiling and friendly, never intimidating or cold.

Drinks were good. Service can be a bit slow, especially when the room is busy. Waitresses are average looking, but if you want to see women, go to strip club!

Management has always been friendly and they seem willing to please. They will stamp your parking ticket or cash your chips with a smile.

Don't know. I have a players card, but have never been asked for it. But they do have bonuses for quads, straight flushes and so on and every time I've played here, someone at my table has won a bonus.
