The new room is crammed into the casino area in a small room near the buffet. It used to be in a large beautiful glass enclosed room near the pool which was converted into some conference room. Very disappointed with the new layout and left shortly after I arrived.

Didn't stay long enough though I read in an earlier review you get the buffet after 4 hours. The Golden Nugget is the only decent casino to stay at in downtown - too bad their poker room was changed and is no longer up to Golden Nugget standards.
