It's been interesting going over to the Golden Nugget lately. They've been trying to do some new things with events and other new poker activities and it's good to see.
They've been having some new games with some of the pros like Gavin Smith, they just did a decent charity event with Layne Flack and now their doing this 50-hand shootout with the Duke of Fremont Street.
Some things are going to work, some won't but it's certainly gotten me to head over to the Nugget more than I would have in the past. The tourney series were always good but it's nice to see them not doing the same old thing. Need a little more creativity in poker and you'll get it there. It's a solid place to play no matter what so check it out.
