Worst poker room ever. Rake is as high as possible. Every hand they take 7$ no matter how big the pot is (btw pots barely going above 100$). Floor is very unprofessional and behave like they are doing you a favor by providing you a game. What happened to customer being right? Their ruling is absolutely unfair and with no poker knowledge. They can behave this way because there is no competition around. I wish there was another poker room around. Their poker tournaments are also a joke. They take away about 40% off the prize pool as house cut. Don'f fall for good reviews they are clearly staff who put nice reviews for themselves. They are simply taking advantage of their customers because there is no competition around. They would go out of business if Hard Rock had poker tables.
