I've played poker in Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, China, Spain and many cruise ships. I have never had better hospitality than at the Grand Casino in Shawnee Oklahoma. The team there always provides excellent customer service, consistency and maintains the integrity of the game. From insuring beverage and food service in the room to securing poker rates at the hotel. This team is first class. I am not a high roller but just a old black guy in a wheelchair. They however make me feel very special every time I visit. My hat is off to Chad. Your team truly emulates you. Thankyou for the experience.
