Everything you've read so far is accurate.
1. Rake is criminal. $20 rake? What do you get for it? 0 comps, no beverages, nothing. Not even the serve yourself the rest of the casino gets.
2. At least 4/5 of the dealers are horrible. Slow, don't follow the action, don't enforce the rules.
3. The floor isn't much better. Some of them are okay, but their rulings are inconsistent. One in particular treats players with disdain; a player sought a ruling from the floor her response was whatever the dealer says goes, and if you don't like it leave.
They act like they're the only game in town because they are. The lists are always long, there's no rush to fill empty seats. The staff is mostly incompetent. Niagara is over an hour away but I'd prefer going there.
Having said all that, one of the softest games around.
