Reporting Suspicious Hand

All possibly relevant details:
New dealer sits
New player sits to my immediate left
New player looks smart, clean, expensive eyeglasses
My stack is $235, so I'm looking for a much-needed double up
I have button, new player is small blind
1-2 NLH
Guy to the right of me reraises to $40
I call with pocket 4s
New player and another player call $40
Flop comes 248 two hearts
Checks around and I check to see if a flush comes to maybe save money
Turn is a 6 not a heart, only possible flush draw is hearts
New player bets $70, other two fold, I go all in for $195
New player thinks for 30 seconds, asks how much, dealer says $170, pretty quickly puts in a $100 stack of red (I mention this because this is the only logical reason I could fathom for him to make the call with what he ended up having)
River comes a 3 that's not a heart, player says very confidently and contently, making respectful calm direct eye contact with me that he has a straight
I knew almost for a fact there was no way he had 57, which he didn't
He had A5 of spades
If this hand, play, and behavior seems suspicious to you, then the only other explanation would be that the order of the deck and therefore the outcome of the hand was known
Because the guy was smart, he knew what he was doing
I've never seen a hand like that
He should've been broke, but instead he amassed +$700 just like that and proceeded to play skilled exploitative, probabilistic poker while enjoying a fancy meal, knowing every solution to everyone's problems, existing as a higher life form
I'm urging everyone who plays here to keep a lookout for suspicious behavior indicative of a player or dealer knowing the configuration of the cards or what the outcome is going to be
And it was my birthday guys, I couldn't win 1 hand, players kept slowrolling me, but that hand was the worst bad beat I've ever experienced, I've never seen or heard of anything like that, and I just felt this sense that the room was against me
It was a horrible feeling like something just didn't seem right and that hand went way over my head and did me in psychologically
I ended up withdrawing $480 more dollars and losing that because I was so tilted, but also I just couldn't win a hand
I'm not saying my whole session was a part of some scheme, but the behavior and actions of the players, dealers and staff sure made it an extremely painful experience
