Bad impression on opening day....
When you walk in security checks you. Then you need to get a membership $20. Front desk people have no energy "Your ID? Fill out the form". When you get done filling the form, they say "20 dollas". No explanation on what the 20 dollars was for. Had to ask. Bad customer service but they did their job.
Security gets a thumbs up. The structure of the building will make it difficult for robbers.
Tournament was ran pretty smooth but the setup was dumb. 40k starting stack and they give you a 25k chip and two 5k chips LOL. Tournament director is a joke with no deductive reasoning. Puts a tournament at 3pm when normally people get off work at 5pm. So when you enter, you have about 50bb. Later than that not worth to play.
They probably won't break even on the opening day tournament. It would be close. So obvious they would profit from it if they started at 5-6pm
Dealers are excellent
Food catered was delicious
The furniture was okay. Definitely feels like a backyard start up company.
