The poker dealers do not treat "newcomers" very well. They cater too much to the regulars. I also think the dealers are not very experienced in dealing, I have been a few times and I have had to "help" the dealers call hands or explain bets to them. Dealers and staff are friendly, but not welcoming to new players. Promotions are non existent.
