I visited this place for the first time recently and it's under new management, so I can't speak on the old management. The staff at this place were amazing, I have never experienced a better service. From the dealers to the waitresses, everyone was smiling and you can tell everyone enjoyed working there. Special shoutout to Tony, which I assume is the floor manager. Tony took the time to get know the members and was giving poker lessons to a group of people that didn't know how to play Hold'em and Omaha. Everyone was very welcoming.
Now , the establishment itself. The building is well lit, so you can actually see what cards are on the table. There is no shortage of TV and a good selection of alcohol in stock. The place is very clean
The only downside to this place is that they did not have enough player, at least the night I went. I was told the night prior it was crowded. But the lack of players was not a total downside. I played for about 5 hours, but even the players are very friendly too. In less than an hour I knew everyone's name, which I have never have done before. The conversations were fun and everyone is laughing. It was a big relief, coming from poker rooms, where everyone is serious, like they are playing at the WSOP main event.
I just wish more people knew about this place, cause I cannot recommend it enough.
