The quality of PLO dealing at this room is bad about half the time. The dealers dont have the experience needed. Most are polite as are most of the managers but it borders on comical how much the players have to assist with getting pots right, the pot sized bet accurate and chopping multiway and quartered run outs. They throw any warm body in the box and hope for the best, when players alert managers, the players are brushed off or the problems are minimized. Ive been going there 4 yrs and am local so Ive seen the slide in quality firsthand.
