Urine. It smells of urine and chicken mainly. The urine smell and general cleanliness is a problem. I ordered a hot chocolate and the server told me that it was water with chocolate sauce. I thought she was joking. She was not joking. It was absolutely awful. Swiss Miss surely wouldn't break the bank. Frown. Clearly Doug Polk and associates don't care too much for this establishment as it's not been updated or improved after ownship transition. Rude players not appropriate addressed by management. Management was not cordial. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with a poor first impression. I won't be back. Can I say we won't be back or I won't be back
