The sports book (right next door) turned the TV sound on and blasted it.
The room is right along the path to the parking garage and there is constant noise.
When we arrived there were over 14 names on the waiting list and the desk girl told us they had to wait 20-25 min for the next shift of dealers to arrive before they could open up a table, but they had a room manager, 2 girls on the desk and a 2nd floor person also at the station.
