There is a $2/$5 NLH cash game that runs most nights (~5x/wk) on one 10 seated table in a room at the back of the casino and averages about 8 players. No buy-in min or max. Players buy-ins typically range from $200-$1000. The game usually starts around 7pm once 6 players have arrived and runs until about 10:30pm-midnight. Players can straddle any amount $10 or more UTG or on the button. There are free food and drinks and the food is pretty good. A guy named Tito manages the game. The players are pretty decent overall. Smoking is permitted but sleeveless shirts are not (for men at least). This is the only casino cash game that runs in Managua that I'm aware of.
