Tournaments are run well, but the chairs are terrible and completely worn out! As far as playing upstairs in the tournaments, the over-head cash game announcements are annoying and not needed, as no one playing cash upstairs is event listening. Mike
Smith, the director, always says they are working on adjusting this, but it's now been two years and still nothing. He probably doesn't care, which will drive players away! Many players feel this way, as well as many dealers have also complained that's it's too loud. THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE!!!
