My opinion may be hindered due to this being my first time down in Las Vegas but I was completely blown away by this room. It was the very first poker room I have ever walked into and it almost brought a tear to my eye. The room is very classy and spacious, so it is very inviting for someone trying to find which table they have to sit down at. Also, being a huge sports fan, it was great that the room was close to the Sportsbook :)
I'm basing this on 1/2 NLHE which is all I played during my visit to the room. I noticed that most of the players I played against were primarily tourists looking to dish out $200 just for the story. As a fairly tight player I usually waited for my opportunity and got paid off really well.
I thought they were very good at their jobs. They were professional, dealt quickly and were friendly when conversation was brought to them. They weren't robots, they conversed but only when they were brought into a conversation. Personally, I thought it was very professional. No mix-ups, no mis-deals.
It's hard for me to comment on this because when I play poker I usually focus on that and don't drink. The two drinks I ordered over the course of a week took what in my opinion was a little long (roughly 45 minutes) but the waitresses got the order correct. I can't complain, I know they're busy.
Very open to talk to, friendly people. Being my first time in a poker room they gave me all the help I needed and had no problem that I went to them with a dumbfounded look on my face trying to find my table :) Very professional and approachable people.
you're standard 1/hr comp I believe. It doesn't get an excellent rating because I never got paid a bonus when I flopped Quad K's! Oh well, I won a fair sized pot, and over the week I comped a lunch one day, can't complain with free food!
