Countless times where they don't have enough dealers for tournaments but they still tell you to stick around because they have an "imaginary" alternate list! Time wasted, nobody knows whats going on. By the way, I'm writing this review as I'm sitting in the room because the "absentee owner" of the room doesn't know how to make good judgement calls. Keep inconveniencing the patrons, real classy ! The one chip is just because there's decent players.
