The Monte Carlo's room is tiny, 8 tables or so, and out of the way, but nicely run with fun if a bit sleepy dealers and hotel guests killing time. I played in a couple of their small tournaments and they are fast, use shufflers, and are reasonably social games. Nothing not to like, if you like low stakes, low intensity games. Nits, donks, and calling stations all new to the game or killing time so you know what you are getting.
