I'm normally very patient and this is the first time complaining about any dealers, since I'm a former dealer myself. For the most part, brush and staff were very professional and nice as well as the Poker room was clean. However, dealers were less than adequate because not only did they make pot mistakes consistently, they did not keep up the flow of the game and complained about dealing to the players. I understand pay is not as good in tournament but don't grumble and complain to the players. They are there as customers and will most likely be both cash and tournament players if they feel comfortable enough to stay. I did not personally feel comfortable putting cash down on a table because there were too many pot mistakes. I cannot tell you how many times I had to stop play to say something. Most likely will not be playing here much or at all because the game flow and environment was not comfortable.
