Well first off gorgeous room. By far best in dfw. Looks wise. A close second is TCH social. The action is good, dealers are for the most part on point. There are a few who could use more time practicing their craft, but other than that, they're good. Management is good. For me it's the service that is way lacking. I have eaten here 2 times now. Both times I had to ask multiple people about my food. The first time I had to wait over 40 mins but that was during their first weeks being fully open. So didnt think anything of it really. Tonight I ordered some of their desserts after about 20 mins or so I had to ask about it yet again. I mean it's a dessert you don't need to cook it. the way the waitstaff is run has to change. You do a couple of tables and any food orders you get you put in right away and then after your next group of tables you do. You check in the food orders. Left me thinking I may not be back. If I have to ask about where my food is that is a problem for me. I know no one is perfect but hey it together guys.
