We had the privilege of participating in the Showcase Weekend on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Everything about this room is exceptional!
It is obvious the entire staff is focused on providing an unparalleled experience for the players. I saw the President (JT) bussing tables, the VP (Brian) serving burgers, everyone else was making sure nothing was out of place.
The bar manager Sam Gillespie made me the best Manhattan I have ever had, and the food curated by Randy Morgan was phenomenal. The servers were plentiful, and readily available to get you whatever you needed. They did it with a smile, and a winning attitude.
Were there glitches? I’m sure there were. I didn’t notice many. And I believe this group will immediately address any issues that may arise.
As a tournament grinder I can’t wait until they start offering great tournaments. I know it’s coming soon.
They have set the bar for luxury and service very high, and I believe they will keep making improvements!
I love this room and the vibe it gives off!
