I had a very disappointing experience with this poker room. Every time I call to register for the waiting list, they tell me they don’t take calls. However, many other poker rooms allow players to call ahead and put their name on the list, which makes things much more convenient.
Because of this policy, players have to drive there just to find out the wait time, which is frustrating and a waste of time. Management should reconsider this rule and improve the way they handle player registration.
