I went to this room recently and the staff and floor were atrocious. I played cash for a little bit and won enough to enter the $60 tournament. They never sat me saying I was an alternate when 4 others arrived 10 mins after the tourney started. Instead of taking a few players and making a new table they said for us to wait. They never called me but placed my chips and blinded me out. I finally asked after three times if I was going to be seated and they said I was at a table. The tournament had antes from the beginning and my chip stack had 2 big blinds when I got to it not enough to have any chance. I then returned to cash game annoyed. I moved from 9 seat to the 4 seat at a table because I couldn’t see well. When I walked around the same floor lady who never called me for my seat yelled at me thinking I had switched tables instead of seats. She was rude and unprofessional. And when I asked to get my money back she refused. Very unprofessional.
