While most of the dealers are pretty good (Jon is terrific), there are a couple who need work. Zane is beyond awful - misdeals and mistakes aplenty. In fact, in the middle of a hand, they announce two tables are combining and he grabs all of our cards and mucks them. I was in the middle of raising preflop and he just decides the hand is done-wtf? Also, the Peppermill has rules about masks. Fine, but then enforce them. Dealers and players have masks below their chins and nothing is done. I asked the poker room manager and he said. “We try to remind the players.” Um, not one word was ever said over the course of 4 hours.
