There where 4 players at the table that where working together openly.
When the 2 of the 4 players where heads up they would check down to the showdown then one of the players would show there cards to the other player before they where to act then the opposing player would fold.
One of the 4 players hit the High Hand and when thew floor brought the winnings, $100 (note the tv monitor said the High Hand was $50) with the floor standing there the player distributed the winnings to the other players in the group.
In order to show he had the winning hand the player touched the cards on the board to demonstrate his willing hand, his cards had not been exposed yet.
the dealer allowed the player to touch the cards on the board without instructing the player not to touch the board.
Clearly the floor and the dealers allow some players behave improperly.
