My first thought on this place was that I'd give them a second chance from the first time I was there. That was a horrible mistake! How you have a gambling establishment where money is involved and no security at all times when you are open is a huge problem. That was the first thing that was an issue. Once I walked in, I had to wait for almost ten minutes for the host to even come to the door to renew my card. They had just opened and had no lines. There was a total of four people already sitting at the table for the tournament and couldn't get help from the three staff members. Then, I registered for the tournament. Any place that does not disclose all information about the tournament online on any of their sites just makes it feel sneaky and manipulative. If in a free roll tournament, if you ou are going to take fees out, post that somewhere. Then, if there are different add-on amounts, post that as well. When I look online and it says $25 dollar add on. That's what I think it is. Not the case there are additional add-ons not listed. However, small those complaints are it's still an issue when you are trying to run a professional poker room. Then came the dealers. I have never seen so many exposed cards by the dealers. Yes, mistakes happen, but once a hand or every other hand is too much period. A player should never have to constantly reach for his cards because the dealer can't deal the cards to them. Dealers also need to enforce the rules evenly to all players. You can not muck one person's hand because they weren't sitting at the table and then not muck the other ones. The first guys hand was mucked, and he was standing behind his chair as the cards were dealt. The second player hand was not mucked, and they were walking from the bathroom. In both cases, the player was the big blind so blinds had nothing to do with it. We then had to deal with this inconsistent dealing for an hour and a half because they didn't have enough people to rotate. When the floor was called to the table, it took approximately five minutes for them to get there to fix an issue of adding in a player wasting time. After break the dealer was unprapred to deal the cards upon starting, wasting more time in the blinds. Blinds are short and fast, so not being prepared upon restart is not professional. Shuffling was inconsistent as well. Sometimes, they would shuffle three times box cut and shuffle again and cut. Other times, they would shuffle once box cut shuffle and cut, or they would shuffle shuffle cut shuffle. There is a professional way to do this as well. Stay consistent with how it suppose to be done! Overall, the experience was horrible and a good reason to stick to better rooms and casinos where the floor and dealers have a better idea of how to run the room and how to act professionally.
