I've been playing at Prairie Meadows for years, but after a recent incident I'll never go back.
I went all-in pre-flop, heads up with one other player. I was in the 1 seat, directly to the left of the dealer. The other player called. I was sitting back in my chair with my cards directly in front of me, and the dealer then reached over and took my cards and mucked them before dealing a single card out frlm the deck. I yelled out, "you just took my cards!" so the floor was called over. They ruled with the dealer, blamed me for not protecting my cards, and shipped my chips over to the other player. No apology from the dealer for taking my cards, ruining the hand, and costing me all my chips for nothing. The dealer was Sanin.
I know all the dealers at Meadows and have spent hundreds of hours playing this card room. I never expected to be so disrespected and mistreated by these people. Completely shameful and horrible way to operate their card room, I will never allow myself to be screwed over by these people again. They have set up a system where anytime a dealer wants to ship chips to a player of his choosing, he can simply reach over and take another player's cards to destroy their hand, and the management will allow this. Stay away from this place.
