Played my first session at the poker room at PURE Casino Calgary and was impressed. As a first-timer in the room, the pit boss came over and took a few minutes to explain how the pots and house rules work. That kind of attention and professionalism goes a long way, especially when you’re new to a room.
The staff ran the game smoothly, the dealers were solid, and the overall atmosphere at the tables was friendly and welcoming. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the poker room organized and player-focused.
Great experience all around — I’ll definitely be back to grind a few more sessions.
