Nightcap $3000 guarantee is misleading. Room was dead at 7pm with only 5 players signed up. About 2 hours in, about a dozen loud, seemingly well-connected players came in. Play became very aggressive and it was a constant cycle of re-entries while more traditional players were eventually flushed out. Dealers had no control over the barrage of table talk and knew these guys by name. The F bombs and the strong pot smell made it uncomfortable as well. This room is no place for a tourist who enjoys a good tight game. We stay at Resorts World frequently but will look elsewhere for future tournaments.
