I've played in 30 poker rooms from Vegas to the deep woods of New Hampshire. Been to Rivers 7 times when we come up to see the ponies run at Saratoga. I don't think the managers here at Rivers poker room realize how to create a fun poker room experience. Smaller venues need to be customer friendly to keep their players coming back. Rivers is inside a large Casino so it will always get foot traffic. Without some of their nicer dealers they would be sunk. A seminar in customer experience for the floor, and cash booth people might be helpful. I've run into more grumpy people working here than in most places I've played. The play here is average.
