The poker room at Sandia is clean and well run. Dealer quality is generally very high. It's always possible to find a game, either limit or no limit. Tournaments typically have 100+ entrants. Food and beverage (no alcohol) is served tableside. They use Shufflemaster and Bravo equipment. Lots of TV screens with sports and other programs. You can occasionally play with celebrities like Aaron Paul (Jesse from Breaking Bad) and Lou Diamond Phillips filming in the area. Holdem bad beat qualifies with aces full of jacks beaten. Jackpot is usually $30-$100K shared with the table. Omaha bad beat requires quad jacks beaten. Jackpot is usually $8-$25K shared with the table. High hand bonuses for quad jacks and better are given as points on your player's card and are worth $11-$60.
