I like the place. It's nice, clean, and has that celebratory feel about it. Poker room well-lit and chips are clean and nice to hold. The problem is how the tournaments are run. They had a re-entry open but didn't allow players to come someone got knocked out. There were tables available. There were dealers available. No waiting lists on cash game. Yet 4 people with purchased re-entry couldn't get in. Had to wait for a seat. There 30 people playing and 4 waiting to be seated. You could easily accommodate that. Instead the re-enties said they wouldn't wait any longer, got the refund and left. Now.. who benefited from that? I know, not the players, because the prize pool got smaller. I know, not the house, because the entry fees had to be refunded. Very strange situation..
