I recommend owners Invest some $$$ in bamboo or other sound/privacy wall in the outdoor patio, stain concrete & make it a lounge. There's so much potential for a solid bar & casino in small town like Tracy which has limited adult evening places to visit.
They offer a poor menu & kitchen options including quality.
