There are lots of both bad and good things about this place, the worst would easily be the appallingly incompetent and sometimes rotten management, the short bald shlub looking guy called Nick had the audacity to share his indictment of me to my face in front of an entire table that I'm "such a problematic player that everyone always complains about." If I was in a worse mood I would've knocked his teeth down his throat, but took the high road and brought this shocking behavior to the GM's attention, who despite being a seemingly nice person didn't seem to care or take the situation seriously, as I practically had to twist his arm with the amount of times it took to get in touch/remind him about the incident. Other moments were pretty off-putting as well, such as when Robert, who I believe is the AGM, walked by my table when the dealer let him know that my soup was served to me cold and that it should be taken back and warmed up, didn't say anything or seem to care at all and just wandered off. I don't know what the problem is with this place, but these are just a few examples. They should strive to make some serious improvements if they want to actually address their issues, which should probably include several cuts, if they genuinely care at all.
That being said, most of the other stuff going on at this place is pretty good, decent menu selection, action is solid and theres decent promos and giveaways, many of the dealers are great but sometimes can needle you for no particular reason. I used to like coming here more but am starting to take my business elsewhere since it means I don't have to deal with the nonsense that this place has. You can have the highest quality aesthetics which this place has, hands down, but the underlying problems often run too deep to want to keep coming back.
