Jen is a great floor, and a good dealer, but wildly mediocre human being and not that stylish. You should give her a raise, but maybe ask her to be more personable. That being said ... your free candy is awful. Is it that expensive to get Rollos or something. Mix it up. I can't tip in free Jolly Ranchers forever.
